1. Occupancy - Based on monthly forecast occupany per day
2. Room Revenue forcast - based of forecast room to sell * forecast average rate
3. Upsell revenue target - certain %, i.e 0.03% * room revenue forecast
4. Front Office Upsell Revenue target - upsell revenue target * 0.6%
5. Indicative of number of upsell made, and the number of nights
